Characters for new story thing

This is a new story idea I thought of today. It takes place in the year 3000, and the Earth has been seperated into two sides. One side is for machinery and robots and wants them to run their everyday lives. The other side wants to preserve life the way it was before. The man with the blueish hair is my main character. He is an experienced General, but he does not want to fight. He gives the impression that he's nothing more than a jerk, but deep down he really cares. He has to train the person on the right, a ditzy Corporal with little experience. She's been infected with radioactive material, so her hair and eyes have a weird color. The General is annoyed with her at first, but he begins to care about her later on. The villians are intelligent robots and humans who have chosen to let technology take over their bodies.

And apparently the higher ranks wear dark blue and the lower ranks wear pale green. The girl's outfit looks like something out of M*A*S*H, I think...
